The Jharkhand government took the issue of salary and allowance delays for government employees seriously. Finance officials will ensure on-time payments of government staff. Prashant Kumar has issued an order that all states should follow the 139 guideline of the Jharkhand Treasury Code, 2016. Employees in some government offices and departments were not receiving salaries on time. All departments are directed to take action with the proper measures. The order states that allowance bills and salaries should be deposited in the treasury after the 25th of every month. This order will continue till government issues a new order. All the government offices and departments are ordered to follow this order.
