Mehli Mistry Says Sir Dorabji Trust's Board is illegal, Replace It

Mehli Mistry, who stepped down from Sir Dorabji Trusts as a Trustee in November after being denied reappointment, has alleged illegalities in the administration of SDTT (Sir Dorabji Tata Trust) and prays for the appointment of an administrator for the smoother functioning of the trust.
 
Mr. Mehli has questioned the legality of the Tata board trustees, arguing that appointments in the past were made in violation of the Maharashtra Public Trust Act 1950, Section 30A. The Vice Chairman, Venu Srinivasan, and Noel Tata (Chairman), Neville Tata, Bhaskar Bhat, Vijay Singh, and Darius Khambata. The previously appointed members were Pramit Jhaveri and Mehli Mistry, who stepped down from the post in February.
